How is this different from your free content and challenges?

The free stuff is a great starting point. But watching videos and doing a 21 day challenge gives you awareness — it doesn't change your baseline. The Shift Academy is where the real practice happens. It's the difference between understanding the work and actually doing it consistently enough that your body starts to change.

How much time does it take per day?

Not much. The daily practice is short enough that you'll actually do it. We're talking 10-15 minutes. That's the whole point- small consistent reps beat big sporadic efforts every time.

What if I've already done a lot of inner work?
